What if there are going to be boys at the party?
Boys love A Princess Visit parties, too!! All shows, activities and
games are tailored
to accommodate both boys and girls.

How long are Princess Visits?
All visits have a 1 hour minimum and include one Princess.
How many children can the Princess accommodate?
Up to 12 children per hour. For larger parties, please book
extra time or an additional performer.
Will my performer arrive in costume?
In order to keep our costumes clean and beautiful, our
princesses do not travel in costume. Please make
sure there
is a secure and clean changing area/rest room available
at your party location for the
performer to change into costume.
What does the Princess require for set-up?
The princess requires a corner/separate area away from
any toys/play equipment for the
"Interactive Show" and/or Musical Games. For face painting, a table and 2 chairs is required.
Do you require a deposit and is it refundable?
A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to
reserve a party date and time.
How will I know if my party is booked?
Once you receive an email confirmation and pay your
deposit, your party is officially booked.
How do I pay the balance and when is it due?
The balance is due on the Thursday before the party via
Credit Card or Paypal.
What happens if my guests arrive late?
All performers must begin and end at their scheduled times.
Late starts and/or overtime
for performers are subject
to additional charges.
What if more children attend than I expected?
If the Number of Children is MORE than what was written in the agreed contract, and the
Performer works more than 15 minutes overtime, the client is responsible for paying overtime.
Should I tip the Princess?
Tipping the performer is customary
(15%-20% is suggested and appreciated)
