• All visits have a one hour booking minimum
• Each Princess can accommodate up to 12 children in one hour
• For more than 12 kids, please book extra time or an
additional Princess
Payment Policies
• Payment is accepted via Credit Card or Paypal
• A deposit is required upon booking to reserve a party date and time. (Party times will only be held for up to 72 hrs without a deposit.)
• Balances are typically due on the Thursday before the event
• Tipping the performer is customary. (15%-20% is suggested)
Cancellation Policies
• If a party is canceled, A Princess Visit must be given notice
of 10 business days
• Deposits are Non-Refundable
• If a cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the event, the
client is responsible for paying the balance due
• If a party must be rescheduled to an alternate date, there will
be an additional $100 rescheduling fee added
